This is one of my all-time favourite ways to cook chicken. A wonderfully simple recipe, but one that demonstrates perfectly that a little bit of spice can go a long way.
This is a really simple, basic cake that gives great results. Replace the cinnamon sugar crust with passionfruit icing, or bake with par-cooked apples for something different.
